If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please email us within 28 days of receipt at escalonacantante@gmail.com to request a refund or exchange. Please note:

 

- Products returned to us must be in a resalable condition. Products should be unused, in their original packaging with labels attached.

- We are unable to receive returns for earrings unless they are faulty for reasons of health and hygiene.  

 

- With the exception of faulty goods, The Colombia Collective is not responsible for the cost of returning products. We always advise that you obtain a proof of postage when returning an item. 

 

- Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return and communicate receipt of the goods.

3. We will email you back to approve the request and provide the return address 

 

4. Drop your parcel at the nearest post office or with your chosen courier
